FAQs
What is your policy for damaged products?
If the inflatable is damaged due to rough housing or negligence, the customer will be responsible for the cost to repair or the full price of the bouncer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and or credit/debit cards.
How far do you deliver?
We Deliver to Pensacola, Milton , Pace , Navarre , Gulf Breeze , Cantoment. Longer distances can be accommodated call the owner for a quote.
Do we require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a $50 deposit to take a reservation. Your reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. If the deposit isn’t received in 24 hours, we will give a courtesy call. If the deposit is not paid the reservation will be forfeited.
Do we offer discounts?
Yes, we do offer a few discounts.• Multiple rentals for the same location and day/time will receive a discount. • First responders will receive a 10% off discount for a small “ Thank you “ to our heros.
Is delivery and set up included in my price?
Delivery and set up is free for most locations in Escambia and Santa Rosa County.
What about electricity?
All inflatables will run off a fan that will operate continuously during the rental. The inflatables need to be set up within 50 ft of electricity. Please keep this in mind when you are looking to plan to book our rentals!!!
Can I allow food, beverages , water or toys inside the inflatable.
No. We try to keep our inflatables as clean as possible and high quality. Food and beverages compromise cleanliness, and therefore will not be allowed. Toys may cause damage. Silly string is caustic to the surface of the inflatable and is prohibited.
What are the cancellations for weather?
Cancellation due to rain is very tricky in Florida so we came up with a fair policy. It is the renters responsibility to cancel the reservation at least 24 hours prior to the reservation date.
How far in advance do I need to reserve?
As soon as possible!
Where is set up for inflatables?
The inflatable will be set up on a Grassy, flat area. They will NOT be able to set up on a driveway, or a hill.
How long is the standard rental ?
We offer 7 hour rentals. However we can accommodate longer hours as long as the unit you have booked is available.
